The hotel was in a perfect location, close to city centre. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Swallow House that was only 10 minutes' walk away. The staff were affable, and the room was spotlessly clean and brilliant with bathroom...

The location offered was secure and convenient so close to train station, and a music festival. I had absolutely brilliant budget room with central heating, a writing desk, and an electronic key card.

The Single Room with Private Bathroom offers a cozy setup, perfect for solo travelers looking for a quiet retreat. Having a private bathroom is a plus.
The temperature on the fourth floor can get quite warm, with only one window opening. Opening and closing the fiddly doors took more time than expected due to the keys getting stuck, which can test your patience when you just want to relax. The lack of a headboard and the bed's position directly in front of the window made reading in bed uncomfortable, compounded by blinds that don't fully block out light at night.

Solo travelers welcome
The size of the room and shower room was great. I wanted something basic for 3 nights and this was bigger than some uni halls.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive. But still decent.

Great location and helpful staff
The staff were friendly and responded promptly to any requests. Plus, the location made it easy to explore the area. The price was slightly on the higher side for what I received.

The location was great and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room could use an update with better pillows and a proper towel rail. It was also quite noisy at times, and the shower made the floor very wet. Good value for a brief stay.
